Shipping & Returns Please choose from the catalogue and send us your order. We can accept payment by Paypal using your credit card or by direct payment into our New Zealand bank account. All catalogue prices are in New Zealand dollars and are GST inclusive. We aim to send your parcel out within three days of receiving payment. We will email to let you know when your order has been despatched and by which freight method. If you have not received your parcel within one week please email us and we will endeavour to track your parcel with the courier or post office. If your items arrive damaged, please email us immediately. Please be aware that to place a claim with both courier and post office you must retain all packaging, to prove your parcel was adequately packed.
